JasMeds now offers both domestic and international delivery services to ensure that you receive your medications and healthcare products conveniently, wherever you are.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

JasMeds has two different levels of delivery service depending on its local store presence. Most areas of Karachi and Hyderabad (listed below) fall under JasMeds Service Zones, while all other areas in Pakistan are considered Non-Service Zones.

Delivery Charges:

Service Zones

  • Order value below Rs. 500 – Rs. 350 delivery fee

Non-Service Zones

  • Order weight below 0.5 kg – Rs. 350 delivery fee
  • Order weight above 0.5 kg – Rs. 350 delivery fee + Rs. 200 for each additional kg above 0.5 kg

Karachi

  • Zone 1: Bahadurabad, SMCHS, DMCSH, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Garden East, Garden West, PIB Colony
  • Zone 2: Nazimabad, Liaquatabad, North Nazimabad A to W, Federal B Area, Gulberg Town, Buffer Zone, North Karachi 5A1, New Karachi 5
  • Zone 3: DHA Phase 1 to Phase 8, Clifton, Gizri, Delhi Colony, Lalazar, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Cantt Station
  • Zone 4: Gulshan (Blocks 1 to 13, 15 to 19), Johar (all 22 blocks), Mosamyat, Safoora Chowrangi, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Abbas Town, Karachi University
  • Zone 5: Shah Faisal Town, Malir Cantonment, Jinnah International Airport, Model Colony, Malir Halt, Drigh Road, Star Gate

Hyderabad – All Towns

  • Deliveries to cities outside Karachi and Hyderabad are considered Non-Service Zone deliveries.
  • If delivery charges exceed Rs. 350, our call center agent will contact the customer to inform them of the additional cost before confirming the order.
  • Customers should verify their order and the bill at the time of delivery.
  • For Non-Service Zones, JasMeds partners with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

International Shipping

JasMeds now delivers internationally, bringing our trusted healthcare products to customers outside Pakistan.

International Shipping Details:

  • Coverage: We ship to select international destinations. Customers can confirm availability by contacting our support team.
  • Charges: International shipping charges vary depending on the destination, package weight, and size.
     Note: The final cost for international shipping will not appear during checkout. Instead, a JasMeds call center agent will contact the customer after order placement to inform them of the applicable delivery charges before confirming the order.
  • Delivery Time: International orders typically take 7–21 business days, subject to customs processing and courier timelines.
  • Customs & Duties: Import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Courier Services & Tracking: JasMeds works with reliable international logistics partners. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Secure Packaging: All orders are packaged discreetly and securely to maintain product safety and customer privacy.
