How effective is Osam D?

Osam D Tablet is helpful to control, prevent, and improve the following diseases, conditions, and symptoms like increased mineral requirements during pregnancy and lactation, Osteoporosis, Osteomalacia, Osteoarthritis, Rickets, Fatigue, Hypocalcemia, prophylaxis against dental caries.

What dose should I choose?

For adults (ages 18 years and older), take an oral dosage of 1 to 2 tablets in a single day.

For children (Below 17 years), this medicine has not been examined in children for this problem. It is not helpful for people under 18 years.
